Linda Sherwood
LG Sherwood CommunicationsLinda Sherwood is a writer, actor, and parenting mentor who has worked with youth for more than twenty years. Linda uses her background in PR, college studies in Communications, and experience in stage performance to help clients learn better ways of communicating professionally and in personal relationships. As a single parent since 2003, she has successfully raised her five children with her eldest son receiving a four year U.S. Air Force ROTC scholarship to the prestigious Norwich University. Linda had home-schooled until 2002, when she realized the need for community supports, and placed her children in public school when her eldest son was in 6th grade. Her experience and exceptionally peaceful home life with her children has given Linda a reputation as a “maven” in mothering, and she is sought after as a writer and speaker on issues of communication in families. Linda is available for writing articles, speaking engagements, and consulting on issues of parenting, home-schooling, and general communications in personal and professional settings.
